Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. - Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property's control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. - Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. - Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas of the property. - Loss of any physical keys, key fobs, garage door openers, and/or parking passes will incur a fee. - Fines up to $2000 per violation may be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. - Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement. ------------------------------ ## House Rules ✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in.
