Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. - Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. - Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. - Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. - All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay.
