Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. - All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. - Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. - Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property's control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. - Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. - Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas of the property. - Loss of any physical keys, key fobs, garage door openers, and/or parking passes will incur a fee. - Fines up to $2000 per violation may be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement. ------------------------------ ## House Rules ***Please Send us a Message if You're looking for a stay longer than 28 Days*** *HOUSE RULES* - All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. - All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) - Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. - Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies. - No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. - No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. - Dogs only allowed with "Pet Friendly" listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
